About the Project

To define a strategy and establish processes for upcoming ADAS projects and supplier collaborations, CEVT engaged one of Carabiner’s consultants to take on the roles of Data Analyst and Functional Owner. Since the client’s work is organized entirely around project-based execution, it was essential to develop a scalable, structured approach that could support future initiatives in the ADAS domain.

The Carabiner consultant played a key role in gathering information, outlining strategic processes, and preparing supplier engagement frameworks. This involved identifying potential supplier requirements, estimating costs and timeframes for future ADAS projects, and proactively aligning expectations across teams. In addition to her technical and analytical capabilities, the consultant stood out for her ambition, professionalism, and high level of engagement throughout the assignment.

The Result of the Collaboration

As a result of Carabiner’s involvement, CEVT gained clearer insight into the potential challenges associated with future ADAS projects, as well as a better understanding of the strengths, limitations, and pricing structures of various suppliers. The consultant also helped establish a solid foundation for managing strategic supplier relationships and internal processes – laying the groundwork for more effective collaboration in future technology programs.
