At Carabiner, we have different backgrounds but share the same basic values. However, it is not our differences that is our strength, it is the interplay between our differences that makes us a stronger team. A diverse team have a greater chance to come up with unconventional and creative solutions.
Simply put, the more different, the more we can learn from each other and stand better equipped to create novel solutions.
Social responsibility
To ensure safety and security of fellow human beings are two of the main objectives of our company. We are committed to behave ethically and contribute to economic and social development of our local communities and society at large.
All products and services we engage in developing should be socially sustainable.
We are fortunate to have come this far. We see it as our obligation to pass on some of the support and help we have received from our families, friends and societies to those who lack the network and the back-up that have benefitted us.
We are committed to continue the work that was started at “Vill-Kan-Ska”, a pro-bono integration project helping international master students to enter the Swedish job market.

Our ambition is not to reinvent the wheel. When possible, we focus on finding and linking existing solutions to meet our customers’ quality, cost and timing constraints.

Networking
We admit that we do not have all the solutions. But we know where to find and combine them to solve larger problems. We work diligently to build networks of committed and trustworthy individual experts and expert organizations that complement and strengthen our offerings. Our commitment is to solve our clients’ problems and if it means that we will have to go outside our network, we will do so.
As a part of our social engagement, we extend our networking to universities and other non-commercial organizations. Our networks also serve as a source for finding the future members of our team.
